St. Vincent & the Grenadines launches new campaign

Next week St. Vincent & the Grenadines will officially launch its Liming Appreciation society, a slight esoteric new campaign created to prove its commitment to the art of Liming, and encourage people to take more time to ‘Lime’.

A concept that has long been established around the beautiful islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, SVGTA aims to spread the word about Liming further afield.

Described by the urban dictionary as “encompassing any leisure activity which entails the sharing of food and drink, the exchange of tall stories, jokes and anecdotes” Liming encourages people to dedicate more relaxation time “provided that the activity has no explicit purpose beyond itself”.

With an array of untouched peaceful spots and a tortoise-pace of life, St. Vincent and the Grenadines is the ideal destination in which to indulge in some Liming.

Beautiful beaches, striking sunsets and hammocks swaying in the tropical breeze make it impossible not to adapt to the laid-back Vincy lifestyle.

The ‘Liming Appreciation Society’ will be launched across St. Vincent & the Grenadine’s various social media channels allowing people to become part of the global liming experiment.

The society will make it their life’s ambition to master the art of Liming and will be presided by his eminency in liming, Vince E. Lime.

Members will be able to enter competitions, share liming stories, music, recipes and more.

It will pay homage to the art of liming, from the most chilled out hangouts, blissed out beaches, cooling cocktails to the best hammocks, the society will have it covered and encourage others to share their tips and experiences.

St Vincent & the Grenadines, made up of 32 individual islands and cays, is an on-going favourite destination for many with its authentic Caribbean charm, offering incredible diving, beautiful beaches and a verdant tropical landscape.
