Skywork Airlines makes UK debut

Swiss carrier SkyWork Airlines will make its debut in the UK this month with a new flight route linking London City airport to Bern.

The new Skywork service will operate six-times weekly (Sunday to Friday), departing Bern airport at 1845 and landing at London City at 1925, with the return leg leaving London at 1955 and arriving back in Bern at 2235.

Frequency will be increased from September 5th this year to provide twice-daily flights from Sunday to Friday.

SkyWork passengers will be transported to Bern on a Dornier 328 business turboprop aircraft with the capacity to seat 31 people.

The Skywork services include inflight menus, with wine and beer available for purchase. The carrier offers 20kg of free hold luggage per passenger, additional equipment can me carried from £17.
