Brazil-based metasearch site Mundi.com.br has partnered with leading global travel search engine Skyscanner to offer car rental search to its users.
The new partnership will offer Mundi’s users a comprehensive tool to compare and book car rental, giving them the benefit of Skyscanner’s global reach, including 30,000 pick-up locations across 175 countries worldwide.

“To kick off our new product strategy for 2016 we added a car rentals category to Mundi.
“Our goal is to provide our customers with as many options as possible to help them find the best trips at the best price,” said Ana Araujo, Mundi chief executive.
The new search tool was developed for Mundi by Skyscanner for Business, an independent unit within Skyscanner, through its recently launched car rental White Label product, which offers users a number of unique features including visibility on free cancellations, mileage limits, as well as comparison on thousands of models of car including hybrid and electric vehicles.

Skyscanner powers 400 partners, including 50 metasearch sites, through its Skyscanner for Business suite of products, including White Label and API tools, which gives partners access to flight, hotel and car rental searches.
The Skyscanner White Label allows for full language translation, including its newest language addition of Arabic.
