Customers travelling to Munich have much to look forward to with the new five-times-weekly flights. Home to Oktoberfest, the world’s largest folk and beer festival, and many renowned international companies, the city is also well-known for famous landmarks. These include Neuschwanstein Castle, often depicted as the fairy-tale castle of King Ludwig II and the inspiration for Disney’s Sleeping Beauty Castle, as well as the spectacular Bavarian Alps.
Munich is Singapore Airlines’ second destination in Germany after Frankfurt, which is served with two daily flights, one of which carries on to New York. The addition of Munich to Singapore Airlines’ network will provide customers with greater connectivity and ease in travelling to this outstanding city and the surrounding region.
Customers travelling on the new Singapore-Munich-Manchester service will enjoy the Airline’s latest product offerings, including a First Class seat which converts into the industry’s largest full-flat bed, a 30-inch lie-flat Business Class seat, the widest in its class, and an Economy Class seat ergonomically designed to provide an unprecedented level of comfort and space. All seats in all three classes also feature the newest version of Krisworld, Singapore Airlines’ award-winning inflight entertainment system, with more than 1000 on-demand options.
Customers travelling to and from Manchester will also enjoy more flight choices, up from the existing three flights a week. Detailed flight schedules are listed in the Annex.
