Sheraton grows Brazil presence with Reserva do Paiva property

Sheraton Reserva do Paiva Hotel & Convention Center has opened its doors near Brazil’s northeast region of Recife.

The property was developed by the Portuguese group Promovalor and Brazilian group Odebrecht Realizações Imobiliárias under a long-term management contract with Sheraton Hotels & Resorts.

It is the first international upper-upscale hotel in Reserva do Paiva, which is located approximately 30 minutes from Recife.

Sheraton Reserva do Paiva Hotel is one block away from one of the most beautiful stretches of beaches in north-eastern Brazil.

Featuring 298 rooms, including 18 Club Suites and one of the largest Presidential Suites in the region with 1,300 square feet, all rooms boast the brand’s signature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Bed.

The hotel features a 6,500 square-foot Sheraton Shine Spa, the brand’s signature Sheraton Fitness gym with more than 1,300 square feet of work-out space, an exclusive Sheraton Club Lounge on the top floor with beautiful ocean views and two restaurants.

The heart of the hotel’s lobby features a bar and the brand’s [email protected] experienced with Microsoft – where lively interactions are a constant, whether face-to-face or virtually through our up-to-the-moment technology.

Currently, Starwood operates 33 Sheraton hotels in 12 Latin American countries with nearly 80 hotels across its nine brands in the region and a pipeline of an additional 20 properties under development.
