Kazakh Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov has met with Secretary General of the International Exhibitions Bureau Vicente Loscertales during his working visit to France.

The main topic discussed was Kazakhstan’s cooperation with the International Exhibitions Bureau, as well as the preparation for EXPO 2017 in Astana.

The Kazakh side is taking all necessary measures on preparation for the exhibition, Serik Akhmetov emphasised.

He told about the final stage of preparation of the Registration Dossier, which would be presented to the International Exhibitions Bureau in December of this year.
“I had a meeting with the President of Kazakhstan in Astana. Then Nursultan Nazarbayev said that the preparations for the exhibition would be under his personal control,” Loscertales said.

Loscertales wished success to the Kazakh side in holding the specialised exhibition.
