Ritz-Carlton Israel - Interior design revealed

Developers Tidhar Group and Adi’s Investments today announced details of the interior design of The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya, a luxury condominium project located just north of Tel Aviv on the Mediterranean Sea.

The design by New York City-based Studio Gaia, which has considerable expertise creating interiors for fine residences in North America, the Middle East and Asia, incorporates the color palette of the warm golden sands, blue sky and coastal waters of the Mediterranean, along with local natural materials and artwork by acclaimed Israeli artists.

The other key design approach is to emphasize the building’s view of the breathtaking marina scenery below.  The lines of the interior spaces are clean and modern, and the finishes – done in beiges, taupe, blues and metallic colors – draw in the natural environment from the outside.

The residences and guest rooms create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.  Natural woods add warmth and luxury, while stone and leather tile provide a clean and contemporary element.  These materials complement each other with their elegant simplicity, and provide a subtle backdrop for the sculptural furnishings.

“The interior design of The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya reflects the timeless appeal of The Ritz-Carlton brand combined with a contemporary Mediterranean edge,” stated Sigal Ben Menashe, Marketing Director, Tidhar Group.

Scheduled to be completed at the end of 2012, the 12-story property will feature a Ritz-Carlton hotel in which the top six floors are The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton.  Situated on the coastline overlooking the elegant Herzliya Marina, The Residences will include 80 luxury vacation residences.  The building exterior was designed by architect Rani Ziss, whose many projects have earned international acclaim.

All residence owners will enjoy access to the hotel’s services and amenities, including world-class dining, rooftop outdoor pool, luxurious spa and fitness center.  The property will be the first kosher Ritz-Carlton.

From well-appointed studios to sumptuously decorated one- and two-bedroom units, chic duplexes and stylish penthouses, all vacation residences are inspired by the luxury marina lifestyle, with terraces offering sweeping views of the Mediterranean.  Owners can enjoy The Residences for up to six months each year, and for the rest of the year make their residence available for rent through a real estate company.
