The Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice has revealed its new lunch menu at its “La Terrasse” on-site restaurant. The menu offers a large selection of salads, sandwiches, cold soup, desserts with fruits and makes use of the restaurant’s Italian ice-making machine.
The new menu was created by Olivier Garrivier who took the position of Head Chef at “La Terrasse” on the 1st of April. For him, it’s important to make the best Mediterranean food to satisfy guests at the hotel in Nice.
He said: “We are very pleased with the new menu, which is made with the best fresh ingredients in the district.”
For dinner, the restaurant has introduced a new concept. A starters and desserts buffet is offered with a large selection of seasonal products and Mediterranean flavours, including delicious grilled meat and fish. The pool bar and lounge invites customers to enjoy delicious cocktails in a wonderful location overlooking the Bay of Nice.
April is also the opening of the hotel’s private beach, “Régence Plage by Radisson Blu” for the summer season. Located just in front of the hotel and fully renovated, the beach offers guests the chance to discover delightful local cuisine in a stunning locale.
The Radisson Blu Hotel Nice has also announced the launch of a shuttle service, carrying passengers from the hotel to the historic Nice city center. The service runs from April until the end of summer.
The Nice accommodation offers 331 rooms and suites.
