Princess Cruises UK has announced the appointment of Liam Hunt to the position of territory business manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Starting on March 25th, Hunt will be based in Scotland and the fifth UK and Ireland territory manager to report into Ellie Webb, Princess Cruises sales manager.

He will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with the trade through face-to-face agent engagement, enhancing local training and supporting Princess’ brand immersive ship visit programme, as well as other region-specific initiatives.

Webb said: “The team and I are delighted that Liam will be joining us later this month.

“Liam brings with him a wealth of brand knowledge, having already experienced Princess ships first hand, alongside some great ideas on how to support and engage our agent partners.”

With a background of 15 years in the travel industry, most recently specialising in cruise at Barrhead Travel, Hunt has a wealth of agent experience.

He is well-versed in sharing his own experience and knowledge of Princess Cruises, having already spent time onboard both Caribbean Princess and Emerald Princess cruises ships.

Hunt added: “It’s such an exciting time to be joining Princess Cruises with the launch of Sky Princess later this year and Enchanted Princess next year.

“I’m really looking forward to joining the team and working with old and new agent friends alike.”
