Prince Harry confirmed as best man for Royal Wedding

Clarence House has confirmed Prince Harry has been asked to serve as best man during the wedding of his brother Prince William to Kate Middleton.

In turn Ms. Middleton has asked her sister, Philippa Middleton, to be her Maid of Honour.

The ceremony will take place on April 29th.

A number of close friends and family will also serve is bridesmaids and page boys.

The Lady Louise Windsor (daughter of The Earl and Countess of Wessex), Margarita Armstrong-Jones (daughter of Viscount and Viscountess Linley), Grace van Cutsem (daughter of Mr and Mrs Hugh van Cutsem) and Eliza Lopes (daughter of Mr and Mrs Harry Lopes) will all serve as bridesmaids.

Ten-year-old William (Billy) Lowther-Pinkerton (son of Mr and Mrs Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton) and eight-year-old Tom Pettifer (son of Mr and Mrs Charles Pettifer) will both serve as page boys.

Grace van Cutsem and Master Tom Pettifer are godchildren of Prince William.

Clarence House released a number of details about the ceremony in January.

Details about the Bridesmaids’ dresses and the Page Boys’ uniforms will be made available on the Wedding Day.
