The UK’s biggest budget hotel chain, Premier Inn, has incorporated traveller reviews from TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel website. TripAdvisor content will appear on Premier Inn’s main website, premierinn.com, allowing members of the public to see guest comments and reviews of their 600 plus hotels.
Guests will be able to view the TripAdvisor rating of each Premier Inn hotel site and read impartial feedback of other guest’s experiences of Premier Inn.
TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel site with 40 million monthly visitors and over 45 million trusted reviews and opinions, enables travellers to plan and have the perfect trip. TripAdvisor offers trusted and relevant advice from real travellers and a wide variety of travel choices and planning features, including Flights search and TripAdvisor Mobile.
Premier Inn will also display the information gathered by its own guest satisfaction survey on premierinn.com. The Premier Inn guest satisfaction survey is one of the largest in Europe – with responses and feedback being gathered from an average of over 800,000* respondents per year. The satisfaction scores for every Premier Inn will be available for guests to review.
