Pegasus Solutions has launched RezView® Intelligence, a business intelligence platform that helps hoteliers make more informed decisions to maximise revenue potential.
Available to customers of Pegasus’ RezView NG next generation central reservations system (CRS), RezView Intelligence integrates with the CRS to quickly identify booking trends and analyze business performance.
RezView Intelligence allows hoteliers to fully customize content, deployment and report management without incurring the high cost of software licenses or custom development. The product’s comprehensive and graphically enhanced suite of reports helps customers pinpoint opportunities to improve revenue through key distribution channels, including travel agencies. It is also flexible enough to suit the needs of both independent hotels and large chains, according to Mark Peacock, chief information officer of Pegasus Solutions.
“Everyone has access to data, stacks of reports and Excel spreadsheets that summarize reservation activity, but they aren’t able to easily identify the revenue opportunities therein,” said Peacock. “RezView Intelligence allows our customers to quickly assess those opportunities, while also enabling hotels to customize views of information to monitor effectiveness of programs implemented to capture incremental revenue.”
RezView Intelligence also allows hotels to monitor booking trends on a daily basis so action can be taken immediately while the opportunity still exists, added Peacock.
