Pacific World appoints Hervé Joseph-Antoine as Managing Director

Pacific World, the leading MICE business in Asia and Europe, announced today the appointment of Hervé Joseph-Antoine as Global Managing Director.
Based in Singapore, Hervé will be responsible for developing the overall global strategy of Pacific World, including developing the sales model, expanding the product offering and driving the geographical expansion of the company. Together with the 3 Regional Directors, Manuel Ferrer, Cindy Zhang & Shaun Casey, the focus will continue to be on delivering excellence in service to customers and creating unique experiences. 

Hervé holds French and Indian citizenship. Prior to joining Pacific World, Hervé was Vice President Meetings & Events EMEA for Carlson Wagonlit Travel which he led to market leadership since he took the role in 2008. Hervé has a track record of delivering growth through sales initiatives and product innovation as well as delivering bottom-line profit by managing process efficiencies and overheads. He has been in the travel industry for 17 years and brings with him a wealth of valuable experience and knowledge.

Jacques Arnoux, Director of Pacific World Asia will now focus on key relationships and ensuring delivery excellence as a Board Member.
