This brand new dining room can accommodate up to 48 guests and blends in perfectly with the picturesque gardens and 600-year-old Old Swan building. The new room perfectly combines historical details with modern touches, with a large inglenook fireplace as the focal point, and thick oak beams providing the ideal atmosphere for quality gastro countryside dining.

Guests can enjoy sumptuous cuisine in the new dining room prepared by the head chef, David Mwiti, who uses the freshest ingredients from the hotel’s own vegetable and fruit garden as well as quality produce from local food suppliers.
