Norwegian Cruise Line announced today that it is launching a “Best Price. Guaranteed.” program designed to ensure that anyone booking a cruise with Norwegian can feel confident they will receive the best price.* If a travel partner or guest finds a lower advertised price from Norwegian for the same cruise within 48 hours of booking a fully deposited cruise, the guest will receive 110 percent of the price difference in on-board credit, or the cruise line will re-price the cruise at a lower rate.
If a lower price is found, travel partners/guests need only to complete the “Best Price. Guaranteed” claim form and submit it online within 48-hours of making a fully deposited booking. If it meets the guarantee criteria and the travel partner/guest chooses to receive an on-board credit, Norwegian will automatically attach the credit to the guest’s on-board account.
