No1 Lounges opens new Edinburgh location

No1 Lounges is today opening a new lounge at Edinburgh Airport, replacing its previous location.

The stylish new space will boast high ceilings with full-height, dual-aspect windows, making it the only lounge in the airport to offer guest views of the runways, the surrounding countryside and the Forth Bridges.

Inside, the lounge features a fluted marble bar as its centrepiece (serving a range of craft beers, premium spirits, whiskies and sparkling wines), with various tiered seating areas and new-look bistro, where guests can enjoy freshly prepared self-serve and made-to-order dishes.

This lounge is one of eleven in the UK, with others located at Heathrow terminals three and four, Gatwick and Birmingham.

This is a period of rapid expansion for No1, which, with this latest addition, has opened four new locations in the UK in as many months, with more to follow.

Phil Cameron, chief executive, No1 Lounges, said: “We are proud to be opening a bigger, better No1 Lounge at Edinburgh Airport, bringing the airport’s passengers a greatly improved lounge experience, genuine pre-flight luxury and excellent value.

“We have been operating a lounge at Edinburgh Airport since 2014, which has been increasingly popular with business and leisure travellers alike.

“This new opening is a sign of our commitment to Edinburgh’s passengers to deliver them the very best departure experiences.”
