New summer schedules will be reduced to reflect the lower demand for service during the summer vacation period. School routes will be suspended until the fall, and minor schedule reductions will be made to mainline and peak period routes.
Customers should also take note of the following improvements:
Route 94 will have two new early morning trips added from Tunney’s Pasture to Orléans, and an additional early trip from Orléans to Tunney’s Pasture. These new trips will improve service for early morning commuters.
In Barrhaven, the Transitway between Strandherd and Marketplace Stations will be completed, which will ensure that Routes 95, 170 and 171 offer a faster travel time, as they will no longer follow a detour. Further, buses will return to the regular station platform stop at Strandherd Station.
