New NCLU additions give agents the chance to experience Epic

Norwegian Cruise Line has launched the latest instalments of online training programme NCLU ( and agents successfully completing the site’s new additions stand to be awarded a place on Norwegian Epic’s trade inaugural celebrations and to win a four night European cruise.

Agents who have earned 250,000 points by 31 March will be entered into a draw to attend an exclusive NCLU Graduation Ball taking place at Norwegian Epic’s UK trade inaugural event in June. The Ball is being held to reward up to 150 of NCLU’s star performers and celebrate the continued success of the programme which currenlty has more than 3,800 students registered.     

Also now live is a Europe elective which has been designed to accompany the recent 2011 Europe Preview Brochure complete with destination, fleet and itinerary information to help agents sell the newly announced ship programmes. All agents who pass the elective by 30 April will be placed into a draw to win a four-night Western Mediterranean cruise on Norwegian Epic.

Two ‘Quick Quizzes’ have been added to NCLU to ensure agents are up to speed with the latest Epic reveals and product innovations announced by Norwegian Cruise Line including its fleet recategorisation and package redesign which have been introduced to help agents sell smarter and quicker. 

Stephen Park, General Manager, Norwegian Cruise Line UK, said “NCLU was created to be an accessible and fun learning tool for agents and since its launch thousands of our travel partners have been using it as a platform to boost sales potential and product knowledge.


“We do know however, that agents are busy people and this is why we feel it’s important to keep them motivated and enthused and what better way to do this than to give them the opportunity to come on board Norwegian Epic and experience our most exciting ship yet.”
