The Address Hotels + Resorts, the five star premium hotel brand of Emaar Hospitality Group, is further strengthening its international presence with two new hotels in Dubai. The Address, Dubai Mall and The Address, Dubai Marina, on schedule to open later this year, will be a part of vibrant and chic lifestyle communities. The hotels will offer visitors and guests ideal locations in which to socialise, dine or do business and they will also offer countless opportunities for shopping, sightseeing and leisure.

Located centrally within Downtown Burj Dubai, The Address, Dubai Mall will be directly linked to The Dubai Mall the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, while The Address, Dubai Marina, connected to Dubai Marina Mall, stands in the heart of the lively Marina district surrounded by the finest shops, late night lounges and trend-setting restaurants. The Address, Dubai Marina is within close proximity to some of the largest business hubs of the region including Media City, Internet City, Knowledge Village and Jebel Ali Free Zone. The two new hotels will offer a spectrum of leisure and entertainment choices that will appeal to all visitors.

Following the successful opening of The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai in 2008, the launch of the two new hotels will build further on the founding brand philosophy of The Address Hotels + Resorts to offer tangible guest benefits, superior customer service and an unparalleled location advantage. They underscore the hotel brand vision to create luxurious, lifestyle properties giving visitors differential customer experiences.

He added: “The key differential of The Address Dubai Mall and The Address Dubai Marina is that they are part of thriving communities. Each hotel location will offer a host of leisure, entertainment and lifestyle choices for guests. For visitors, checking into these hotels is similar to becoming part of these flourishing mini-cities within Dubai.”

The Address Dubai Mall will feature 244 signature rooms and 449 serviced apartments, while The Address, Dubai Marina will have 200 guestrooms including 28 suites and 442 serviced residences. Both will be endowed with a range of modern amenities.

The Address, Dubai Mall which will be directly linked to the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination with over 1,200 retail outlets including a dedicated Gold Souk will offer guests the perfect opportunity to take in shopping delights. They will also be able to tour Dubai’s latest attractions – The Dubai fountain, the world’s largest performing fountain; Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo with the world’s largest acrylic viewing panel; the Olympic-sized Dubai ice Rink and Reel cinemas. SEGA Republic and KidZania, which will also open in The Dubai Mall later this year, will further add to the leisure portfolio in the area.

As part of the downtown Burj Dubai community, guests will be in close proximity to Burj Dubai, the world’s tallest building. Guests can also shop and dine at Souk Al Bahar, a traditional shopping mall designed with elegant Arabesque architectural features. Apart from a vacation ‘fashion fix’, the hotel will pamper guests with a floor dedicated to health and beauty treatments including a spacious Spa.

A choice of five different gourmet cuisine options awaits guests, with Ember being a flagship restaurant offering an array of grill specialities for lunch and dinner. NA3NA3 is all set to become the leading Arabic speciality restaurant in the city. The hotel will also have extensive meeting facilities including a large ballroom and six additional meeting rooms.

The Address, Dubai Marina, a waterfront business hotel is positioned to attract guests who revel in lively ambiences. All the 200 guestrooms have private balconies which open to Dubai Marina, designed to maximise the waterfront living experience.

As a hub of style and glamour, luxury yachts and exceptional dining, the hotel will also showcase a range of distinctive meeting amenities. There will be 15 cutting edge meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art ballroom, swathed in natural light and spacious enough to accommodate over 1,000 guests. Supported by modern technology, the meeting rooms maximise the waterfront location advantage with large balconies. A dedicated Spa and fitness facilities will appeal to all guests.

The choice of five trendy night lounges and restaurants including the contemporary Mazina, Brasserie Rive Gauche and cosy lounge Blends, will help make the hotel the city’s newest social hotspot.

All properties will feature complimentary wireless internet, iPod docking stations, in-room and welcome amenities as well as offer 24 hour check-in services for all club rooms and suites.

Apart from The Address, Downtown Burj Dubai – with 196 guest rooms including 25 suites and 626 serviced residences – The Address Hotels + Resorts also operates The Palace – The Old Town, with 242 luxurious guestrooms including 81 suites. The brand has established its international credential with management contracts to operate speciality luxury properties in Morocco and France.
