New Exec Chef at Four Seasons Resort Carmelo, Uruguay

Four Seasons Resort Carmelo, the most awarded resort in South America, has a new international flavour with the addition of Argentinean Pablo Massey as Executive Chef adviser of the Resort.

Massey´s career began when he was very young. He has travelled around the world exploring the cuisine of Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Italy, Spain and New York, among others. He had his first experience in Buenos Aires, and perfected his style in different places such as Le Bristol in Paris, The River Café in London and the Culinary Institute in New York. Now, he comes to Four Seasons Resort Carmelo to advise and stage a new gastronomic experience at the Resort.

New Menu at Pura

At Pura, the Resort’s main restaurant, Massey has created Mediterranean Flavours, featuring dishes with regional and local ingredients, including Finca Narbona artisan products. From its terrace, Pura offers exceptional views of the double cascade swimming pool and a panoramic river view.

New Restaurant: Rio Bar

Located right next to the pool, surrounded by vineyards, pines and eucalyptus, and with a magnificent view of the Rio de la Plata, Four Seasons Resort Carmelo introduces a new seafood restaurant: Rio Bar. This new dining experience combines seafood from the Altantic Ocean and different fish varieties in an al fresco setting.
