iCrossing, a global digital marketing agency, announced the launch of www.GoToBermuda.com for the Bermuda Department of Tourism. The site reflects the “Bermudaexperience” online, through rich imagery, easy navigation and user-generated content. The new site is part of a connected marketing strategy to drive awareness and engagement across bought, earned and owned media channels.
As digital agency of record since 2008, iCrossing provides the Bermuda Department of Tourism digital marketing strategy and services including search engine optimization (SEO), paid search (SEM), display advertising, research, social media and creative.
iCrossing designed and built the site from the ground up based on extensive research into the behavior and language of vacation seekers online. Linguistic profiles, social media mapping and social media monitoring drove iCrossing’s “informed creative” approach to Web design. These search and social insights informed the overall design, copy and strategy ofwww.GoToBermuda.com.
The site provides users with an experience that highlights the island’s year-round offerings. Rich imagery and content bring the island to life and simple navigation allows visitors to find information quickly. Whether people are searching for golf vacations, scuba diving lessons or wedding destinations, they will be able to easily find it on www.GoToBermuda.com.
Visitors can also share their Bermuda experiences across social media networks via mobile devices to motivate others to discover firsthand what the destination has to offer. The site is supported by a larger program of paid search, display media, and social media – including a Bermuda Tourism Facebook page – all developed by iCrossing.
