Naumi uses iPad for its service interface with guests
Always one to embrace the new, and in this case technology, Naumi has introduced the sexy & savvy iPads as service touch points at its Front Desk and F&B areas like Naumi Bar & Lounge.
iPad, being a mobile and powerful communication platform allows Naumi guests to provide their guest feedback online when they check out. A host of other information such as destination attractions, company profile, facilities’ photos and F&B menus can also be browsed in the various e-books incorporated in the iPad.
The user experience and interface is truly made more interactive with iPad. Imagine getting connected with a selection of premium whiskeys, wines, sakes, cocktails and more by viewing beverage tasting notes accompanying each bottle label image featured in the e-menu. At Naumi Bar & Lounge, guests at a glance can find joy of discovering our food and beverage offerings in a novel way.
During breakfast or whilst waiting for a client, guests are able to conveniently surf the net, read their local newspaper, play interactive games and get connected with the world at their fingertips.
Internally, this new device becomes a handy tool as well for the Events and Sales departments to showcase Naumi in a tech-savvy way to clients. Staff could enthuse and engage customers better through the visual presentations of Naumi’s rooms and events facilities uploaded onto the iPad.
