National Car Rental announced today that business travellers can now enjoy additional speed and convenience at the Toronto Pearson International Airport as a result of its newly relocated airport branch.

The branch, which is now located to the south end of Terminal 3, will allow for three times as much rental space for National’s fleet of vehicles, resulting in a significant increase in available vehicles available on the Emerald Aisle, an exclusive section of the lot where members can select any vehicle as long as they reserve a mid-sized car.

Additional enhancements available at the relocated branch include an extra exit booth, an underground walkway from the National location directly to the terminal, and a dedicated exit for National customers. These improvements, combined with the additional vehicles available, are proof of National’s ongoing commitment to providing a premium and efficient rental experience for business travellers and Emerald Club members.

National, which was recently named the highest-ranked car rental brand in the J.D. Power 2013 North American Rental Car Satisfaction Study(SM), provides Emerald Club members with speed, choice and control through the Emerald Aisle. The Emerald Club is free to join and focuses on making travel more efficient for frequent travellers. Members are able to earn rewards in the form of Free Rental Days, frequent-flyer points or hotel rewards. In addition, they have the option to receive EmeraldAlerts(SM), including email Arrival and Return Alerts, and Drop & Go(SM) service with convenient eReceipts.
