Dishes will include; Royal King Crab Thermidor style, Red Mullet Tart with Aubergine Caviar and Baby Mozzarella, Scottish Beef ‘Aberdeen Angus’ Fillet with Red Wine Reduction, Sea Bass Baked in a Crust of Salt or Flambéed with Thyme.
