Mantis has formed a partnership with Mr & Mrs Smith, a global boutique hotel specialist.

The partnership will see Mantis’ new booking engine channel being powered by Mr & Mrs Smith’s proprietary technology, which will offer hotel members increased sales capability, and consumers, an improved user experience.

The Mantis and Smith interface, which will first run in a test phase, will launch to market in June.

Mantis currently offers member properties the ideal sales, marketing and management solutions for their boutique business to ensure successful growth and drive long term brand development, which will be strengthened by this new partnership agreement.

The company also offers consultancy services in other disciplines including conservation, education and hotel development.

The booking engine channel, called the Smith Availability Management System, was designed in liaison with an advisory panel of hoteliers to enable seamless inventory management.

The sophisticated system currently interfaces with at least 18 channel management systems and can, subject to request, interface with many more.
