Mourgues to lead Terre Blanche Hotel & Spa

Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort in Provence has appointed Alain Mourgues as director of Terre Blanche Hotel and Terre Blanche Spa.

He will take up the role on April 18th, 2017.

In his new role, Mourgues will oversee operations and strategies for the hotel and spa, simultaneously driving its guest satisfaction and maximising profitability.

Mourgues joins from his most recent position as hotel manager at InterContinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel, prior to which he was the hotel’s deputy general manager from 2010.

As a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelièr de Lausanna, he has always been fascinated by the hospitality industry and began his career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Groups under the Le Méridien brand and their two largest Parisian units.

He later joined Grand Hôtel de Saint-Jean-de-Luz & Spa as hotel manager.

Commenting on his appointment, Mourgues stated: “I am excited to be joining such a well-respected and leading hotel, with its innovating outlook in all of its offering, from gastronomy and spa, to its plethora of activities.”
