Modarelli is based in London

LATAM Airlines Group has announced the appointment of Martin Modarelli as the new commercial director for the UK and Northern Europe.

Reporting to European commercial director, Guillermo Orrillo, Modarelli takes up his new post in the London office this month.

Originally from Argentina, Modarelli holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Pontificia Católica in Argentina and has worked at LAN Airlines since 2009, before which he spent three years working in Business Planning at American Express.

Within LAN, Modarelli has worked across both sales and marketing departments in Buenos Aires and, following the merger of TAM Airlines and LAN Airlines in June 2012, has been responsible for leading the integration of the newly formed LATAM Airlines Group sales team in Argentina.
