Mauritius by Convertible Mini Cooper with Mini-tineraries from Four Seasons Mauritius

With an engine capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 in under ten seconds, a pre-progammed satellite navigation system and the soft-top folded back to let in the heat of the tropical sunshine, what better way is there to explore the spectacular scenery of Mauritius than in a Convertible Mini Cooper?

Offering guests a modern alternative to traditional island sight-seeing, Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita has launched a series of Mini-tineraries for top-down tours of the island, with a tailored route pre-programmed into the Convertible Mini Cooper’s satellite navigation system to take guests on their own mini adventure!

Whether guests are looking for picture-perfect scenery or to discover the true spirit of Mauritius, there are a choice of four Mini-tineraries to choose from, including an Adrenaline Mini-tinerary, a Culinary Mini-tinerary and a Family Mini-tinerary, all of which have been carefully created to offer guests tailored insights into the island.

For those looking to experience the natural beauty of Mauritius, the Scenic Mini-tinerary sees guests descending from 2000 feet (610 metres) to sea level in just 45 minutes in a journey that captures the island’s most diverse terrain, allowing guests to enjoy cascading views through the valleys of Black River National Park in the south west towards the island’s famous World Heritage site of Le Mourne.

Adrenaline seekers will be guided across the island to experience mountain quad biking and a climb to the peak of Mauritius’ second highest mountain, Corps de Garde, while food-lovers can take in a tour of some of the most authentic culinary hotspots, including Bois Cheri tea plantation and Port Louis’ China Town. Families can also join in the fun, with a morning of breathtaking scenery and a beach picnic watching kite- and wind-surfers, followed by a trip to Casela Nature and Leisure Park for a Segway Safari or a visit to feed the Aladabra tortoises.

Available in partnership with Europcar, the Mini-tineraries comprise one full day and rental prices for a Convertible Mini Cooper and satellite navigation system.
