Mandarin Oriental, Macau Appoints Leonard Mok Resident Manager

In his new role, Mr Mok will be assisting Martin Schnider, General Manager in the overall planning, organisation and coordination of hotel operations, as well as responsibility for communications with both internal staff and guests.
Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental, Macau, Mr Mok was the General Manager of the Forbes 5 Star Hotel and Spa Altira Macau.  With over 22 years experience in the industry, Mr Mok has worked with many renowned hospitality brands across the world including: the Renaissance and the Hilton in Vancouver, the Conrad Centennial in Singapore, The Sultan’s Empire Hotel & Country Club in Brunei and Grosvenor House in London. 
Mr Mok is the Vice Chairman of the Macau Hotel Association and attended the General Managers Programme at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
