Lagrange, specialists in self-catering holidays to France, have launched their summer programme for 2010. France Lagrange 2010 features self-catering accommodation across France’s coasts, countryside and mountains. Highlights include brand new holiday homes in the Vendée and Prestige apartments on the Côte d’Azur, as well as a collection of villas with private pools that were acquired towards the end of summer 2009.

Summer 2010 will see the opening of two new Lagrange self-catering residences, joining the 176 properties that Lagrange currently manage across France. Le Village de la Mer is a collection of holiday homes, the largest sleeping up to eight, located in the coastal resort of Talmont-St-Hilaire in the Vendée. Facilities include indoor and outdoor heated pools, spa facilities and a children’s play area. One bedroom holiday homes for four people start from only £260 per week. On the Cote d’Azur, Les Terrasses des Embiez is a new Lagrange Prestige residence opening in the resort of Six-Fours-Les-Plages, with an outdoor heated swimming pool, located only 300m from the nearest beach. A week’s accommodation starts from only £350 for four people.

During the 2009 summer season Lagrange acquired several new properties to add to the Lagrange Prestige range, including individual high-standard villas with private pools in the resorts of Ste Maxime, Fayence and Moliets. Two bedroom villas with a private pool at Le Carré Beauchene in Ste Maxime, located in the Bay of St Tropez, start from only £780 for the week.

The 2010 programme features a variety of money-saving offers in many properties across France. Early bookers can benefit from discounts of up to 20%, with savings of 10% in many Lagrange Prestige properties. For instance, 10% can be saved on accommodation booked before January 30th in Azay le Rideau – a small town in the Loire Valley, famous for its Renaissance Chateau. One week in June in a two bedroom holiday home sleeping up to six costs from only £363. Visitors to the Alps and can benefit from early booking discounts of up to 10% that include the August school holiday weeks. A two bedroom apartment in the Lagrange Prestige residence in Argentière, located just next to Chamonix, booked before the end of February, costs from only £516 per week during August.
