Korean Air is seeking to boost its leadership in the global cargo industry with the launch of a new mobile website.
Customers can enter the mobile website through Korean Air Cargo’s homepage, while smart phone and tablet PC users with operating systems above Android, iOS and Blackberry 6.0 can simply key in the URL.
This new mobile website is an exciting addition to Korean Air Cargo’s customer service offerings as cargo booking and storage charges become accessible at customers’ finger tips.
It also provides a platform for customers to track their cargo via Cargo Tracing, as well as receive updates on custom clearance, cargo category and current operation status at the cargo terminal.
Customers can also check flight schedules, arrival and departure status, and basic information about local branches.
