Kerzner International has announced that Helen McCabe-Young has stepped down from her roles as executive vice president, sales and marketing, One&Only and global corporate communications for Kerzner International.
She led the strategic development and oversight of worldwide marketing for One&Only, as well as the retail and spa business development and the corporate strategy for Kerzner’s global communications.
McCabe-Young leaves Kerzner to pursue other professional interests and to be closer to her family, having been with the company for more than a decade.
In 2012, McCabe-Young re-joined Kerzner to articulate a refreshed brand direction for One&Only, re-invigorating the brand with the iconic Christy Turlington campaign along with a new One&Only website featuring enhanced service elements and flexible booking path.
Prior to joining Kerzner, McCabe-Young was vice president, marketing for Silversea Cruises where she led the brand’s strategic marketing efforts to position the cruise line as world’s leading luxury cruise line through a period of expansion which doubled the size of the company.
Earlier in her career, McCabe-Young oversaw key accounts across a range of categories working for advertising firms including Campbell-Ewald, BBDO and Ketchum.
