Kempinski Palm Jumeirah invites guests to view Euro Cup 2012

Less than a year since it opened its doors, the luxurious Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah has been tapping into sports tourism, inviting its guests to watch the Euro 2012 football matches in a classy and comfortable environment.

Guests at this award winning property in Dubai are being invited to view the games on large screens at the dedicated Brunello Euro football tent.

In addition to this initiative the hotel has launched daily prize giveaways as well as adding details of the special events on its popular Facebook page enabling fans to follow the games and chat to each other.

Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, which was named Middle East’s Leading Penthouses 2012 by the World Travel Awards - opened its doors in September 2011.

Developed by EPG Hotels and Resorts and managed by European hotel chain Kempinski, the hotel consists of 244 suites, penthouses and villas varying in size between 112m² and 894m².

Facilities at the Kempinski include a 500-metre beach, a 1200m² outdoor swimming pool, a gym and spa, a kids’ club and playground, Italian restaurant, a beach bar and grill, and a cigar bar.

The hotel was designed by Godwin Austen Johnson and features custom-made furniture hand-crafted by the Italian company Francesco Molon.

Other properties on the development include One&Only The Palm and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on the west end of the crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, and Atlantis The Palm located at the crescent’s centre.
