Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary launches group sessions

To enhance its individual wellness programs and personalised health journeys, Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa is now introducing small group retreats.

Guided by distinct wellness experts, the new Life Enhancement Retreats provide a setting for guests to explore specific areas of interest in greater depth and benefit from the dynamic group energy and support network of like-minded individuals, with a maximum of 12 participants per retreat.

Each retreat has been developed collaboratively with the retreat leaders who hold a deep appreciation for Kamalaya’s philosophy of holistic wellness, combining life enriching insights with carefully selected wellness treatments.

Upcoming Life Enhancement Retreats include yoga immersions guided by renowned ‘Yin & Yang Yoga’ teacher Simon Low, explorations of emotional wellbeing with Kamalaya’s Life Enhancement Mentors and self-discovery retreats with Kamalaya co-founder Karina Stewart, Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a maven in the field of health and wellbeing.

“In today’s fast-paced and competitive business world it is all too easy to lose sight of the innate goodness in everyone.

“During the creation of Kamalaya we made sure to take every possible step that would allow guests to slow down in this relaxing natural ambience and so support an organic sense of community.

“It was our wish and vision to enable and promote genuine heartfelt human connections.

“Not only does this environment perfectly suit a group wellness experience, retreats can further support individual experiences and we are pleased to welcome this natural evolution within the Kamalaya ecosystem,” said Kamalaya co-founder, John Stewart,

Kamalaya is located amid a lush, tropical landscape on the southern coast of Koh Samui, Thailand.
