Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based luxury hospitality company and a member of Dubai Holding, has appointed Toby Joseph to the new position of Vice-President of Sales & Marketing – Dubai.
Toby, a British national, brings a wealth of experience in business development and strategic leadership. He will oversee all sales and marketing matters for Jumeirah’s Dubai properties, playing a significant role in maximising rooms revenue, occupancy and market share for all Jumeirah Group properties in Dubai.
Prior to joining Jumeirah, Toby was co-founder and partner of TJ Associates, a consultancy specialising in business restructuring and sales & marketing projects in the service industry. His clients included airlines, hotel companies, travel agencies and other service-related business-to-business companies.
Toby previously worked for Eos Airlines as Executive Vice President, was Chief Operating Officer at TQ3 Travel Solutions, a subsidiary of TUI AG, and headed Sales at Carlson Wagonlit Travel for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
