JetBlue to waive fees for customers affected by hurricane Maria

Due to the forecasted impact of Hurricane Maria, JetBlue Airways will waive change fees and fare differences to allow customers booked for travel to or from Bermuda on Thursday, September 15 to voluntarily rebook their travel plans.

Customers may rebook new travel through Saturday, September 17, 2011 by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583), or 1-800-884-9616 from Bermuda, prior to the departure time of their originally scheduled flight. Customers with cancelled flights may also opt for a refund to the original form of payment by calling 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583). Original travel must have been booked on or before September 13, 2011.

All customers booked for travel to/from Bermuda are encouraged to check the status of their flight online at www.jetblue.com prior to leaving for the airport. Customers with web-enabled cell phones and PDAs may check the status of their flight via mobile.jetblue.com.
