ITC Sports welcomes guests to Indian cricket
ITC Sports has confirmed it will bring its guests another spectacular season of world class cricket - set against the thrilling backdrop of India, a country that shows more passion for the sport than virtually any other.
India always captivates with its bustling cities, cavalcades of brilliant colours, rich history, stunning architecture and sheer sense of vibrancy and life.
This can all be discovered with ITC Sports cricket tours.
ITC Sports has considered all the best India has to offer and has created two new itineraries for the ultimate cricket fan to indulge in.
Choose between the Platinum Tour or the Cricketer Tour.
Both last for a duration of 18 nights and will be personally escorted by a tour manager and celebrity host.
The group will also be accompanied by an English speaking guide on all of the excursions.
There will be a ‘State of Play’ cricket forum held during each of the two Test Matches, including drinks and the chance to meet with a special guest (guest confirmed closer to departure date).
There will also be a farewell dinner to round off each tour.
Cricketer Tour
Guests will visit cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Kolkata.
Accommodation has been arranged at hotels including The Trident in Mumbai, The Claridges Hotel in Delhi and The Hyatt Regency in Kolkata.
There are tours of the Taj Mahal, New and Old Delhi and Fatehpu Sikri.
There will also be elegant cocktail parties, optional hot air balloon rides and of course two Test Matches, the first in Mumbai and the second in Kolkata.
Platinum Tour
For those wanting to explore even more of India, choose The Platinum Tour where guests will also take in Udaipur, a city known for its palaces.
Guests will enjoy exclusive dinners, a Royal barge cruise through the city of Udaipur, cocktail parties and even attend an evening Elephant polo match.
Guests will stay at the famous Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, the Taj Lake Palace and the Oberoi Grand.
To add to the excitement of the two test days, Platinum clients will also be treated to two hospitality lunches.
