The installation will include a bundle of features available through the Amadeus Hotel PMS, including front office support, EPOS, and interfaces for phone and web booking systems.

The Amadeus PMS tracks guest and reservation details allowing for better customer service and targeted marketing; this is achieved from the automatic storage of all guest information. Through this, the hotel is given a comprehensive insight into a guest’s preferences, enabling hotel staff to provide personalised experience to their guests and improve yield management.
Moreover, the ability to instantly access availability and rates for any given dates allows the front office and sales departments to handle enquiries quickly and efficiently. The Amadeus PMS system reduces the hotel’s workload by automatically producing confirmation documentation for direct bookings and a fully automated email and fax process for WEB bookings.
