Farah Leisure Parks Management, which currently manages and operates world-class family attractions Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and YasWaterworld on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, has announced Lama Tours as its Travel Industry Preferred Partner.

The phenomenal performance of the leisure segment from India over the past year was a result of strong market presence and strategic partnerships with the Indian travel trade, according to Bruno Wiley, vice president of Sales, Farah Leisure.

“We are grateful for the winning partnerships we have with the best international travel trade networks, and our strategic relations with our partners in India played a pivotal role in the success achieved over the past year.

“We look forward to celebrating further shared successes together,” Wiley added.

The popularity of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and YasWaterworld amongst Indian travellers is expected to continue rising with the recently revealed new experiences at both theme parks, which promise even more fun and thrills to their visitors.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi recently introduced several new attractions; most notably the park’s newest ‘Driving Experience’ which gives guests the opportunity to drive a luxurious Ferrari around Yas Island.

The Park also introduced Karting Academy, where guests can practice their racing skills and try to break lap time records set by none other than Scuderia Ferrari drivers.

Already boasting the world’s fastest roller coaster, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi has also revealed plans to become home to the world’s steepest steel rollercoaster later this year.

The upcoming ‘Flying Aces’ roller coaster will feature a starting hill inclined by 51 degrees and the world’s tallest loop of 52 metres.

The award-winning YasWaterworld continues to take visitors from around the world on a unique adventure drawn from Emirati culture and heritage.

The park’s 45 thrilling rides, slides and attractions showcase an Emirati theme based on the story of a young girl, Dana, and her quest to find a lost pearl.

The theme will be brought to life even further later this year with the inclusion of additional culturally-inspired experiences, as well as a number of exciting activities that pay homage to the country’s pearl-diving history and local hospitality.
