InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has signed a new, long-term full content agreement with business services provider Travelport.
IGH manages more rooms than any other hotel group and under the terms of the deal with provide its entire stock to all Travelport customers.
The UK-based hotel chain’s full rates will be included on Travelport using the Best Available Rate (BAR) program, Travelport Pricing Plus and Travelport XML Pro Technology Solution.

“We established an XML Pro interface to Worldspan in 2008 and experienced greater transaction efficiency, speed and accuracy.
