Holiday Inn New 76-room property will provide convenient place to stay for visitors of British Columbia

The Holiday Inn & Suites Surrey will showcase the brand’s new sign, which is the seal of approval that this hotel exemplifies the standards of the $1 billion Holiday Inn brand relaunch program. First announced in 2007, the relaunch program was established to create a more contemporary brand image, increase quality and drive consistency. The global estate of more than 3,300 Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties is expected to be relaunched by the end of 2010.

Situated in the heart of Surrey, the newly built 49,000 sq. ft. hotel is accessible to Vancouver by highway and is close to the USA border, Vancouver International Airport, Abbotsford International Airport, Ferry Terminals and the Trans Canada Highway. The property is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Fraser Downs Race Track & Casino and is just minutes from several businesses including Surrey School Board, Telus and International Paper Industries. Tourist attractions such as Downtown Vancouver, Historical Fort Langley and several golf courses are also a short drive from the hotel.

The hotel’s dining facility features the Holiday Inn Best-4-Breakfastâ menu, featuring signature items such as Cinnamon Supreme French Toast(TM) and Skillet Inspirations(TM).
