ICTP welcomes International organization of electronic tourism industry

The International Council of Tourism Partners announced that the International Organization of Electronic Tourism Industry (IOETI) in Italy has joined the alliance as a partner association member. IOETI is a non-profit organization established in Italy, which aims to serve all elements and parties involved in the E-tourism industry in the Middle East and developing countries. It is hoped that IOETI will open new channels of information and communication to all members. This will ensure that all members reach the highest level of professionalism. Its aim is to open the developing world’s tourism trade to the world of online travel distribution and marketing.

“In today’s world, a company without a web site is practically unheard of. Yet for all the work we do on computers and laptops, iPads and iPhones, we have moved along so rapidly in this computer age, that there are few of us that completely understands what needs to be done for a company web site, especially one that meets today’s demands. We are pleased that IOETI is joining our membership,” said ICTP Chairman Juergen T. Steinmetz.

Many businesses understand that they need to invest in a web site or update their web site, but often they are not sure where to start and/or what they need to be successful on the web.

IOETI can come in and help to determine what type of web site or web solution a company needs, and also help in choosing the right company for the job. In other words, IOETI can guide one through the entire web site establishment process to ensure that a company is getting exactly what it needs from the company it hires for the job, with a very accurate evaluation.

IOETI also will be a company’s advisory while it builds its E-marketing strategies until reaching the stage of implementation. IOETI offers strategic consultation services for commercial and non-profit organizations and also for local touristic attractions, travel and tourism companies, regional tourism organizations, hotels, international airlines, restaurants, bazaars, transportation, car rental companies, tour guides.
