As part of the process for the contemplated sale of a majority of HotelInvest – known as Booster project - AccorHotels has entered into discussions with potential investors.
In this context, the group has disclosed the updated gross asset value of the Booster Portfolio as of December 31st.
The portfolio includes the HotelInvest owned and leased properties, excluding Orbis.
This valuation, which was conducted by third party experts including Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield and BNP Paribas Real Estate, is €6.6 billion.
This is a slight increase on the €6.5 billion expected year-end value disclosed on October 5th.
