Hillside Su has confirmed the launch of a new mobile phone application giving guests 24-hour access to all hotel services, including room service, dinner reservations, luggage pick-up and much more.
The new technology was developed by Los Angeles based Runtriz - a leading provider of mobile communications to the hospitality industry.

The system is simple – after checking in at the Antalya, Turkey, based hotel, guests register at the Hillside Su Mobile website and then receive a confirmation email with a password.
With this password, guests have access to all Hillside Su services at their fingertips, at all times, from any location, be it within the hotel grounds or abroad.
Nergis Sevim, product management supervisor for Hillside Su Hotel, said: “With the Runtriz system, our guests can access service options from their mobile phone.
“With just a touch of a button, they can order in-room dining, receive a wake-up call, have luggage collected from their room, request room cleaning and even ask for a pillow from the pillow menu!”
For gastronomes, the application offers information about Hillside Su’s six restaurants, a reservations service and menu options.
For hedonists, it provides recommendations on the best clubs and restaurants in Antalya as well as a booking service.
Families are not neglected either, with the opportunity to arrange any of the hotel’s KidSide activities, while culture vultures can plan city tours, cultural excursions, boat trips and adventure tours.
Spa seekers enjoy the ultimate in relaxation by reserving and arranging appointments in the hotel’s award-winning Sanda Spa from their room, the pristine blue flag beach or the poolside.
Guests on their way home can make the most of their time at Hillside Su by arranging transfers to the airport, car rental and taxi services with just a few quick clicks.
