The new specialty deal site will offer Asia travel deals including discounts on flights, hotels and cruises through the service, with updates every Sunday.

Through the new site, consumers will be able to access various irresistible travel packages and useful travel information on vibrant cities and exotic hideaways around the world.

Groupon Getaways provides holiday planners amazing vacation options that suit a wide range of tastes and budgets, be it for just-married couples wanting to spend an extravagant honeymoon, or backpackers getting ready for a simple trip, all under unbeatable prices.

Meanwhile, merchants will enjoy significant exposure and streams of new customers through the group-buying platform.
