Greyhound continues Northeast service expansion

We only launched Express in the Northeast just last week and our schedules already are selling out. We’re excited by the overwhelming response from existing and new customers since we began service, and we believe it is driven by our commitment to provide a higher level of service, safety and premium offerings, not just a low fare,” said Dave Leach, president and CEO, Greyhound. “Customers don’t just want to quickly get from Point A to Point B at a low price. They want a guaranteed seat, a place to wait for their schedule in comfort, and have access to amenities that make their trip more productive and relaxing.”

Greyhound Express offers customers onboard amenities such as free Wi-Fi, leather seats, extra legroom and power outlets. The new, environmentally friendly buses provide non-stop, direct service with a guaranteed seat for every customer. Greyhound Express operates from dedicated gates and a private waiting area, where a guest services specialist provides an extra level of service for customers.
