Great Prices for great accommodation at the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa

With just over one hundred days to go until kick-off at the FIFA 2010 World Cup, there are still a number of fantastically priced group accommodation options available in South Africa with the Beekman Group, which will appeal specifically to the bulk tour operator - over 150,000 bed nights still available.

All resorts are no more than four hours from the stadia, with Beekman Group offering operators a chance to block book lodgings for the entire six weeks of competition.

Among the best placed Beekman Group resorts is the Royal Atlantic, located just five kilometres from Cape Town’s Green Point Stadium. With an opportunity to take in group games featuring England, France and Portugal, the modern resort also offers guests a chance to indulge a spot of fishing or golf at this great beach location.

The spacious, self-catering Inverness resort and newly refurbished apartments at Camberwell Court are also located just a stones throw from the stadium.

For something even more luxurious, the Waterberg Game Park is set in a beautiful 750 hectare game park. Some 235 kilometres – approximately three hours – from Johannesburg’s Soccer City Stadium, the resort presents soccer fans with a chance to catch games involving favourites Brazil, Argentina and Germany.

Wildlife enthusiasts will also find excellent game viewing opportunities on hand at the luxurious five-star resort, with elephant, lion, White and Black rhino & leopard all on show nearby, whilst onsite guests may enjoy viewing giraffe, zebra and especially abundant bird life.

More affordable World Cup accommodation can be found at the three star Sunshine Bay Beach Club in the surfers paradise of Jeffrey’s Bay – located just 45 minutes from Port Elizabeth. Côte d’Ivoire, Chile and Switzerland will all battle it out at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, while visitors can enjoy Noordeskloof Nature Reserve, Shamwari GameReserve, Addo Elephant Park and Storms River National Park which are all located close by.

But these are just some of the many exciting properties offered by the Beekman Group for the duration of the world cup. Take a look below for a full list of the resorts available, or click here to download the Beekman Group FIFA Resort Inventory
