Graubünden woos agents with new social media campaign

Graubünden, Switzerland’s number one holiday destination has broadened its social media enterprise by launching a second Facebook page, just for travel trade.

The page acts as a bolt on to any training material and the aim is to educate agents to sell the product better.

It will also provide live updates from the region and exclusive offers for travel agents.

To celebrate the launch agents can win their very own ibex toy, the official Graubünden mascot and a trip to Heidiland.

From December 3rd-10th the cuddly toy animal will travel across Europe and will post a selfie on the Facebook page every day.


To win agents must identify where in the world the ibex is located.

Each participant with the correct answer will receive an ibex toy and will be entered into a prize draw to win a trip to Heidiland, Graubünden.

Graubünden is the largest canton of Switzerland, home to 1,000 mountain peaks, 150 valleys and 615 lakes.

During winter Graubünden is one of the most snow sure regions in the Alps offering excellent skiing and snowboarding, while in summer the region provides an idyllic setting for outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking.
