Frontier Airlines announces six new routes

To celebrate its 20th anniversary this summer, Frontier Airlines today announced that it is launching six new routes. Beginning May 16, 2014, Frontier will offer nonstop service from its primary hub in Denver, Colo. to Bakersfield, Calif. (BFL). Beginning June 12, 2014, Frontier will offer year-round nonstop service from Denver to Missoula, Mont. (MSO), Idaho Falls, Idaho (IDA), and Sioux City, Iowa (SUX), and seasonal service from Chicago-Midway, Ill. (MDW) to both Knoxville, Tenn. (TYS) and Harrisburg, Pa. (MDT).

“We are excited to offer these six new routes to customers, just in time for summer travel,” said Daniel Shurz, Frontier’s senior vice president, commercial. “Travelers will enjoy our ultra-low fares and travel options as they book their summer travel at FlyFrontier.com. This summer we will offer the most nonstop destinations from Denver that we’ve ever served in our 20 year history. In Chicago, we are bringing great prices and nonstop flights to routes without any low fare service.”
