The exclusive “Friends of Seychelles – Press” group has recently welcomed a new member, journalist Nenad Blagojevic from Serbia. Mr. Blagojevic has joined this exclusive group of press members who are friends of the Seychelles, who understand Seychelles, and who appreciates the Seychelles for what it is. They are also expected to promote the islands’ unique attributes through their work as responsible and serious members of the international press.

Mr. Blagojevic of Serbia who has joined the “Friends of Seychelles – Press” group on the invitation of the Seychelles Minister responsible for Culture and Tourism, Alain St.Ange, and the Chief Executive of the Seychelles Tourism Board, Mrs. Elsia Grandcourt, was presented with his certificate by Minister St.Ange and CEO Grandcourt, at the recent WTM 2012 (World Travel Market 2012) that was held in London, between November 5-8. Mr. Blagojevic was accredited as a member of the “Friends of Seychelles – Press” in a small ceremony at the Seychelles stand.

In presenting him with his certificate, Mr. St.Ange said that Mr. Blagojevic who was on a press trip in Seychelles earlier this year, had written some very good reports on the islands. “It is an immense pleasure to welcome you to the ‘Friends of Seychelles – Press’ group, and we look forward to seeing many more of your good work on the Seychelles islands,” said Minister St.Ange.
